At AYANSHÉ 爱妍仕家, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Missing items

  • Wrong product received

Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your parcel.

To assist with your claim, kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel upon opening

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.

If the issue is verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Partial / full refund depending on the situation.

AYANSHÉ 爱妍仕家 reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement requests.
